Meet Paulina

I'm a facilitator, certified coach and programme leader who helps organisations turn ambitious ideas into practical action.For more than 10 years, I've designed and delivered programmes, workshops and organisational change initiatives across technology, innovation, philanthropy and the social impact sector. My work has taken me across Europe, West Africa and East Africa, partnering with founders, leadership teams, investors and mission-driven organisations to build stronger programmes, navigate complexity and create meaningful change.Along the way, I've collaborated with organisations including Microsoft, Social Tech Trust, Atos, General Electric, Philip Morris International, Volta Capital, Jangala and the Polish Humanitarian Action.I'm a certified coach with the MOE Foundation, a member of the Association for Coaching®, an EIT-certified educator in Deep Tech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an IDEO.org-trained human-centred design facilitator, and a long-time mentor for the Perspektywy Foundation's Women in Tech Leadership Academy.I founded Change Facilitated because I believe organisations don't need more ideas.
